About Me
Kristina Vaughan is a Texas and Illinois Social Worker and Mental Health Counselor with 7 years of experience working with children, adults, and family systems in community centers, schools, long-term care facilities, and non-profit agencies. She also has 10 years of personal experience as a mom of two children who are thriving in all areas of their lives. Kristina’s expertise has been deemed by many as invaluable.
My Mission
Parenting Generation Alpha children is not easy. There’s a reason that the way your parents parented you, isn’t working for your kids.
The mission of Joyful You, Joyful Them workshops is to increase knowledge, skills, and awareness for parents who are struggling to keep a joyful home for themselves and their Generation Alpha children. Parents will leave this workshop feeling validated and refreshed. Parents will be given a new perspective and skills that they can implement right away. Parents will then be able to lead by example to other parents who may also be struggling.
